What do I need to set for my TV picture settings to be available (e.g. film maker mode)

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out the optimum post ripping settings for my Panasonic TV, which has some nice settings for different picture requirements: Sport, Dynamic, Normal, Custom, Cinema.
With the raw makemkv output all these work, but once I've run it through handbrake even as MKV I lose these options and just have Dynamic, and Normal.
