On the fly encryption enabled error

When I start MakeDVD and select a BD iso file, I get this error. I have checked my Win 7 processes in the Task Manager, and nothing is running. I have removed and reinstalled, rebooted, etc. How to fix this?

Instead of first creating an .ISO image file, use MakeMKV to DIRECTLY make a full disc backup (With NO other programs running, such as AnyDVDHD, DVDFab Passkey, etc...)
