Is there a way to make sure TV shows are copied off the disc in the proper order?
I have had trouble with the couple seasons of a show that I have ran through Make MKV. Luckily it's a show that I know what episode is what.
TV shows copying out of order
Re: TV shows copying out of order
The majority of the time, MakeMKV should put things in order, but...
It puts up the titles to rip based on where a file sits in the DVD or BD's directory. Most authors will put them in the directory in name order. But some do not. By filename, they are in order, but the physical location in the directory might be 9, 8, 7, 2, 1, 6, 3, 4, 5.
This is where you have to manually put them in order using Expert mode. This topic can help with that: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=16405 . The important field to be looking for is "Source file name" on BDs.
