Cannot get any sound.
Cannot get any sound.
I have changed to FLAK but still get no sound. Must I rip the disk again to get sound? Or is there something else I have not done. Please advise. Thanks.
Re: Cannot get any sound.
Based upon the information that we have so far, the answer is a definite "May be" for all options.
First of all, how do you KNOW there is no sound in the MKV file?
Converting sound tracks to FLAC is much less needed than when Mike put that feature into MakeMKV, because players are more flexible.

Re: Cannot get any sound.
I only know there is no sound when I play the film. All of the other sounds work on the computer. I am looking for some answer or direction to help me get sound. It could be something I just do not know or have not done.

What player are you using? The Windows Media Player is quite limited, but programs like VLC from videolan.org play a lot more audio types. Not all, but a lot more than WMP.
