You could run Windows in a virtual machine if necessary. The few DVDs I've muxed to MKV had no sync issues. Yes - I've run the Windows versions of MKVToolnix and MakeMKV in a virtual machine on my Mac also yielding sync issues. Rather than addressing that thread in this thread, I'll make a separate post in the A/V sync thread in an attempt to elicit a response there.
