Volume Key Unknown For This Disc

Hello,

My first time ever running into this issue. I understand to send the dump file to svq@makemkv.com, is this correct?
If so, I have done so more than once and never got a response. I'm not trying to rush anyone, I'm just want to make sure I have notified whoever in with the correct information. This way I'm not waiting for nothing.

Below is the dump file I sent along with the error message. Can you please confirm I provided the correct file to the correct email address?

Yes, that's the correct address. And the .tgz file is the one to send.

I don't think you'll ever get a response from that email address. But your dump will eventually be turned into a hashed key and then when you try to rip the disc again later, if the hashed key is available MakeMKV will download it automatically.
