I'll usually extract the track with Invisika and rename it to something short and then use eac3to to convert to flac or encode to dts-hd ma.
eac3to.exe input.pcm output.flac
How to convert PCM into Flac
Re: How to convert PCM into Flac
If you just want to rip seperate audio chapters, try my simple Foobar2000 method :ultradj83 wrote: ↑Sun May 22, 2016 6:21 amDears,
I'm trying to rip a Bluray Audio disc to FLAC.
This disc contains a video track just showing titles and a 96kHz 24bits 5.1 channels LPCM audio track.
There's only 1 title splitted in 9 chapters, each one containing a song as usual, and here's the issue.
I want to rip each song to a FLAC file, but chapter markers are only seen by players (ex. VLC, Media Player Classic, etc.), while any rip software (ex. Handbrake, MakeMKV) sees a single chapter.
.........
How can I rip any chapters to the related FLAC file?
1. Use MakeMKV to convert BD Audio into a single MKV (title with audio) file.
2. Open the MKV file in foobar2000.exe on your PC.
3. You can see all seperate tracks (chapters per title) in foobar2000.
4. Right-click on select tracks and choose "Convert" to change them to FLAC format.
5. You can set up the conversion format (e.g. mp3, m4a, 24-bit, 16-bit, etc.).
