How to create a DVD Movie from MKV file

I have created a MKV file from a video file on a disk. I need to burn this as a Movie onto a DVD to play on a TV or anything else. I am new to tthis process and need help with this.

That depends on what software you have available. MakeMKV doesn't write disks, so it isn't going to help. What different disk writers want varies.

I am at my wits end. I have tried Rocio and Nero, neither one will make a DVD movie that auto plays.
