Make new MKV from various MKV audio and video tracks

Short story is I'd like to take the 4K video track from War of the Worlds and make a new MKV file using the DTS-MA 5.1 track from the non-4K movie. I have each movie separately as MKV files. Which program would let me pick and choose audio and video tracks to build a new MKV file?

Thanks. I was playing with it already but had the settings wrong. Think I may have it now.

So of course I can combine the 4K video version with the 5.1 DTS sound version from the other movie. But they don't time align correctly. Has anyone done this successfully? The audio needs a significant delay as the 4K video version added a bunch of garbage graphics at the beginning.
