Changing pixel ratio?

Is there a way to change the pixel ratio of a video from 4:3 to 16:9 from within makemkv?
No, MakeMKV is going to copy the track without changing it.
There are other tools that will let you change the MKV header, but they typically will NOT modify the data stream itself, which also contains that information.
