Will MKV collect video and audio technical specifications from Blu-ray movie discs, including disc size, playlist contents as well as stream codec and bitrate details?

Please see below for the information I am looking to be able to read.

Yes, it's the official Mac app of MediaInfo. There's a freeware version, but the one on the App Store is much nicer…
