What's the best Automator for Ripping via MakeMKV?

Guys,
I'm looking for an updated, easy-to-use, automator for MakeMKV on the Mac (Yosemite). I've tried the Batch Automations file from a few years back but it just won't work as well or reliably as it used to. I keep getting the files broken out to VOBs and 404.mkv. Looking for something to be automatic for DVDs and Blu-ray for my Plex Media Center (also on the same Mac, not on a NAS). Any help?
Thank you.

Anyone? This is proving to be more elusive than I originally thought.

There are people who have made bash scripts for use on "headless rippers", but most of us do not seem to need such things. I often have to rip dozens of disks at a session, but every such session presents issues that defy automation, such as two vendors who like to scramble the episode order on their disks, or providing both by-episode and all-episodes-in-one files on the same disk, doubling the ripping time for no gain.

Woodstock,
Thank you. Yes, I know we're faced without a "perfect" solution and you're right about having to monitor rips from time-to-time. It would still be nice for those discs that can be ripped without any major headache to have a few steps automated easily.

You have used 'Batch Rip Actions'?
It was updated not too long ago.
It still works perfectly for me using MakeMKV, handbrake and OSX 10.10.1
