Help with Wolf of Wallstreet--NeverMind

Hi
Every time I rip my Wolf of Wallstreet BD, I only get one title and it is only 480p.
There are lots of "fake title" reports from makemkv
I'm not sure how to proceed, I have been using makemkv for several years using default settings and have never had an issue like this.
I'm on OSX 10.8.5 and MakeMKV 1.8.14
Any suggestions ?

Put in the DVD instead of BD
