Crazy noise during direct playback

I completed the instructions to enable direct BD playback. Video is going, but audio is loud boops, beeps and buzzes. I cut and pasted the commands so I don't think that is the error. This is not a huge issue, but I will apply a fix if there is one. I am running the most recent MakeMKV on Yosemite on my 2013 MBA. I am trying to play a BD on a USB BD player. The title rips just fine to an MKV with no audio issues. Thanks.
