MakeMKV doens't process forces subtitles at all -->

I have the following error on the log:
> Forced subtitles track ... turned out to be empty and was removed from output file
Link to a movie for example: http://rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2161269 Half of the movie is on Japanese. So, forced subtitles are critical for it. And forced subtitles exist on the Blu-ray disk.
