Eject doesn't work properly on 1.8.1 ?

Hi there,
I've upgraded to 1.8.1 and all good, except when it comes time to eject a disk, the disk ejects, but MakeMKV seems to not know it's done so and sits spinning the graphics and displaying "Unmounting", you have to quit the app and restart to be able to use another disk.
I rolled back to version 1.8.0 and that works fine.
For reference it's an iMac with OSX 10.8.3 and the drive is a USB attached Matshita BD-CMB UJ141EF 1.00
