BD Title never changes from disk to disk?

I recently did a reinstall after replacing a hard drive. I suspect a restored file has the wrong permissions and MakeMKV can't overwrite it. I keep seeing a title for a BD I ripped days ago regardless of what title is actually in the player? I removed my preference files from ~/Library/Preferences, but I'm not sure what other files may exist.
Any ideas?
