I just purchased a registration key but some strange:

Before purchasing, I was able to select a ISO image (I mounted it under Mac Lion) but operation failed - errors like "Shareware function ended" and "AnyDVD detected" were prompted.

After purchasing, I now cannot even select the ISO-mounted disk. Also, I did not use AnyDVD (I only used Macgo Blu-ray Player).

Edit - Sorry I actually used open file then selected the ISO file, instead of using the mounted drive. But the error of "AnyDVD detected" persists.

That means the ISO image was ripped under Windows, with the AnyDVD ripper or while AnyDVD was running.
