Error 'OS error - (ipc/send) invalid destination port' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00011.m2ts' at offset '20581711872'
Backup failed

This occurred with OS X Lion and 1.6.12, registered version.

This is supposed to be fixed in 1.6.13 - please reboot, install 1.6.13 ( it's crucial not to run an old version of MakeMKV after you reboot and before you installed 1.6.13), and then run 1.6.13 to see if issue still there.
