daspi kernel extension

Hey Guys.
First post with probably a silly question.
I have just downloaded the program as a beta trial.
I am a Mac user running 10.6.7
I have received this message "It's highly recommended to install DASPI kernel extension to improve performance"
Will this extension be included in the full version if i purchase?
OR do i download it anyway and how do i do it/where do i get it?
