Apple has released macOS 15.4.1

Before I install it, are there any known issues … ?

It’s not going to cause a repeat of the Fatal Error Crash, is it?

UPDATE -- no issues found with 15.4.1
I had the same concern. Looking at the fixes https://support.apple.com/en-us/122400, it doesn't appear to be a huge risk. I will go ahead and do it and get back to the forum.
