Order weight in Mac OS version
Is there a way to change the order weight of a audio or subtitle track with the MacOS version?

Yes.
You might have to have Expert Mode enabled on the General tab of MakeMKV Preferences.
Then, highlight the track in question on the left and select 'Order weight' from the dropdown box in the Properties on the right.
