Hello, everyone,
I have upgraded my Mac Studio to OS 15.0.1 and MakeMKV to the latest release 1.17.8, but after these upgrades, once I click on Eject disc, everything freezes and nothing works anymore, I have to close the program, eject the disc through DVD player, insert a new disc and restart MakeMKV in order to make it see and rip it.

I haven't upgraded to macOS 15 yet, but what happens if, after you finish a rip, you use Finder to unmount the disc and then hit the button on the drive to eject the disc?

Pleased I came across this post, was about to update the OS tonight, will hold out for a while as I cannot be having the carry on the OP has had.
