Hello there,

This program works great! For some reason the encoding is only going up to 480p. I am pretty sure that the video that I am encoding is at least 1080. Is there something that I am missing?

Also, I would like to purchase this product. however, under the Help menu, the "Register" option is greyed out.

The video should be equivalent to what you are ripping. For DVD, video should be 720x480, BD should come in at 1920x1080, and UHD at 3840x2160.
