King Kong (2010 BR of 1933) backup /rip issue

Hello All,
I'm trying to backup my new retail copy of King Kong (the 1933 version) that was just released on Blu-ray. I'm using 1.6, and get the following error:
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
I find it odd because it's a retail copy of the disc.
The disc has AACS v18
I'm using an LG WH10LS30 drive in an external case.
Any help would be appreciated
