Audio track not automatically selected on some BD

Hi,
For the second time now, I realize, after finishing up the conversion with HandBrake that the audio track is no where to be found (thus no sound in the movie file)
When going back to MakeMKV, you clearly see that the program didn't checked any Audio tracks by default, like it normally does all the time.
(see attached)
Of course it's easy to check it myself, but I never had to do that before that.
Any reason that would explain that new behaviour
Thx
Johnny
