Installation failure - please make this a Mac app!

Hi,
Like MakeMKV but your app doesn't work like most Mac apps. My main user account is non-admin privileges for security reasons and MakeMKV won't let me install. All other mac apps will prompt for admin username and password so that you can grant the install privileges at installation time. MakeMKV doesn't do this and, instead, I must log out and log into another admin account on the machine to do the install.
I'm now at the point of paying, but I'd really like to have two things: fix the installation issue and build in some sparkle-like updating capability so every update is not a completely new install.
