OS X (10.8.2) When installing daspi_1.3.pkg, installer fails

When I try to install the daspi_1.3.pkg, the installer fails. I tried a second time and it failed again.

Any ideas?

It may have been installed correctly despite the error. But it would be nice if this did get fixed. I can't test it though as I installed DASPI before upgrading and can't be bothered to de-install/re-install.

I am getting the same error. I am not sure if daspi installed correctly or not, as I am an inexperienced user with nothing to base it on.

Any help out there?
