Forced subtitles doesn't work

Post by bscoub » Sun Sep 16, 2012 3:13 pm

Hello,

This message is a bug report : When trying to make a MKV file from any blu ray disk, if I choose force subtiles, no subtile is exported in the resulted mkv file. I am using makemkv release 1.7.7 on my MacBook Pro.

Thank you for considering this book in the next release of makemkv.

Sincerely.

Which Blu-ray(s) did you try?

Not all Blu-rays have forced subtitles actually flagged as forced within the subtitle stream (or any forced subtitles, for that matter).

Did you try including all forced and non-forced English streams? Forced subtitles can sometimes be found in "non-forced" streams.

Yes, I have tried selecting all force and non forced subtitles (in French language in my case). In this case, I have all the subtitles of the movie in the resulted mkv file, but I just wanted forced subtitled. I have the same problem with many movies.
