After the install of mountain lion, all discs fail to rip. This includes disc I've previously ripped with no problems. Happens on 2 different external blu-ray players. DEBUG: Code 30 at d~uWNRSR?y/:Af)t03OQ3o:29393677
Failed to save title 1 to file /Volumes/The Reynolda/blu-ray/God_Bless_America_t01.mkv is the error received. The disc showing previously ripped with no problems.

Did a disc repair of external hard drive and makemkv is back to good!!!!
