MKVtools Hangs On MakeMKV Rip

I ripped Return Of The Jedi with MakeMKV. Following my normal workflow to deal with subtitles (MakeMKV > MKVtools > BDSup2Sup400 > MKVtoolnix > Handbrake) I tried to open the mkv in MKVtools, but when I select the rip and click OPEN, MKVtools hangs. I Force Quit MKVtools several times, same problem. I restarted the iMac (Snow Leopard), same problem. I re-ripped with MKV, same problem.

I have put dozens of Blu Ray discs through this workflow prior to this with no issues.

Thoughts?

A MediaInfo report for MakeMKV's output would help.

Nothing obvious. Anyway, you may want to try a handBrake nightly build (with Blu-ray subtitle support).
