HB 1.4.0b1 (on M1) integration option grayed out

Post by majortom67 » Sun Jul 11, 2021 7:22 pm

Hi.

I'm running a trial version of MakeMKV (1.16.4 "Universal") and wanted to test the "integration" option with Handbrake (Mac OS 11.4 on MacMini M1 8/256). The first time I went to the "integration" tab both VLC and Handbrake options where available to be checked. I then had crashes trying to encode a BD from Handbrake and now the option are grayed out (see attached picture). Uninstalled and reinstalled MakeMKV twice but nothing changed.
Any help?
TNX in advance.

I believe MakeMKV must be registered to use that feature. Try applying the beta key (Help > Register).

MakeMKV is free while in beta

Hi d00za.
TNX for helping. Unfortunately, doesn't work. Looks like after the first install (in which I placed the beta key) and the crash opening a BD title, something has been signed somewhere. I uninstalled MakeMKV with App Cleaner and and manually check with Find And File for residual files named "makemkv" or "guinpin" or "guinpinsoft" with no success.
Going to investgate further.
TNx again.
