Feature Request: Auto Open Disc

This has probably been mentioned before but if it's easy to implement could we get an option in the preferences to auto open discs? That way if you never backup BluRays, opening them is not a two step process. This is a low priority request and the demand might not even be that high for it. Just figured I would mention it.

As an option, it could be handy, but... if you have multiple drives on the machine, which one should "auto open"? If you're running multiple instances of MakeMKV to work those drives, which one should open which drive?

(which comes back to being able to assign a specific drive to an instance on start-up, so they don't interfere with each other)
