Optical Drive not "seen"

#1 Post by Cave Wyatt » Fri Sep 13, 2024 8:49 pm

i have MakeMKV 1.17.7 and it stopped "seeing" my Pioneer BD drive. I then bought the key, entered it in Register and still no drive. Whatup?

TIA!

Sometimes, if the disk is in the drive before MakeMKV is started, the operating system takes control of it first, and hides its presence from MakeMKV. This can happen more often with USB drives, but it has been known to happen with "fixed" drives.
