I have been trying for some time now to rip Kill Bill Vol 2 - BluRay - without having any success. I get messages in the MakeMKV window that some of the files on the disc are corrupt. I am using the latest version of MakeMKV on an iMac (2.4 GHZ, 4GB Ram) running OSX 10.6.7. Has anyone encountered this problem and if so, is there a fix for this? This is the only disc I have ever had a problem with so far. Everything else works fine.
This problem was mentioned in 2009 (I found the discussion with a search) but it was Windows related. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first/easiest thing to try is to carefully clean the disc. A dirty disc might cause hash check errors.

I used another program to rip the BD disc. It took over 4 hours to do but did rip it, finally. I then used MakeMKV to convert the ripped file. Something was wrong with the disc as MakeMKV was able to process the ripped file.

Please try to make a full disc backup with MakeMKV and see if hashcheck errors show up. If they do - it's a bad disc.
