Movie frame problem

Hello,
I'm having a problem with movie play back after the copy process and I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but after I copy a movie and convert it to an MP4 file I noticed on some movies that the scene skips from one to another, I was watching Hunter Killer and the scene when the character is hunting deer then it skips to when he is talking to his CO officer. Does anyone know why this is occurring? Ive tried several different disc's and the same problem occurs. The same thing happened to John Wick 3, the scene where he's in the desert and then the scene changes to him back in the city in the rain and he slams his hands on the hotel door and the scene goes back to him in the desert. any suggestions? Thanks

Lionsgate titles have multiple fake play lists. You have to select the correct one to have the scenes in the proper order. This applies to DVD, Bluray, and 4K UHD disks.
