Removing audio tracks

Just started doing some rips and noticed that the resulting MKV files are huge (20GB+). Most likely this is due to all the audio tracks being included. Does anyone know of a way to remove unwanted audio tracks (ie, other languages)? A Mac solution, of course, is preferred. Thanks!

Side note: I use it to convert all my mkv to TS files, remove things I forgot to uncheck during ripping. And I use it to rip straight from the blurays.
Side note 2: MKVs are smaller then TS files and TS is smaller then M2TS.

Just curious: MakeMKV lets you deselect any extra audio tracks + subtitles, I've discovered (after my 3rd or 4th rip). What would be the advantage of using tsMuxeR? I've actually tried that on some of those first rips, and the output is M2TS, which I then need to process using HandBrake into MP4 or M4V. That's 2 more steps.... I am using Boxee on a Mini to watch my my MKV rips (stored on my media server/NAS), and it works great! (I also have VLC installed on the same machine just in case)

Would it be worth it to me to go through the extra steps? Would I actually have smaller file sizes if I went the tsMuxeR + Handbrake option? (I would probably need a little input as to what the correct Handbrake settings would be for the M4V file so I can keep my 1080P quality)
