Does MakeMKV can do an Blurry ISO file ?

I just would want to now if MKV can do an Bluray ISO file ?

No, MakeMKV does not do any type of ISO files. The Backup function can copy the BD structure to your hard drive, removing the encryption at the same time if you choose, but that is not the same thing as an ISO, and you would need some other program to create one from the file structure.

The backup icon only comes on for BD; it is not available for DVD. And if you click on the big "OPEN" button (looks like a disk in the middle of the screen), you've moved down a different path from backup, so it becomes unavailable until you close the disk (File->Close).
