I'm ripping multi-episodes DVDs of a TV series.
All went well until the fourth disc when I got this error message:

First step is to follow the instructions in the FAQ link in my signature, and send the requested information to support@makemkv.com for analysis. The debug codes tell Mike about various things the program tried to get around strange things found in the disk analysis.
