I downloaded the latest dmg but the hash doesn't match the file integrity check. Per the posted hash it should be:
5962073423e263ea4689b64e0b8b3300520050cdff21fc95d89322166cf394b8 makemkv_v1.10.7_osx.dmg
but I get:
2a631819da98db3a17871ba1016988e6a854fdae makemkv_v1.10.7_osx.dmg
I've spot checked 10.6, 10.5, and 1.9.7 and they're all incorrect. Any idea what's going on? Has someone altered the dmgs on the site?
Invalid file integrity hash
Re: Invalid file integrity hash
Send an email to support@makemkv.com to get Mike's attention on this.
Last weekend, the ISP moved this site to another machine, so there is a possibility of issues.
However, the hash you posted looks like it's a different hash function - not SHA256. Did you request an SHA256 hash?
A 40-character hash indicates SHA1 was used.
