Here's what I did. Make a new text file and paste this into it, changing to your makemkv directory.

Save as something like makemkv-date-change.bat

".exe," ".bat"? Did you look to see which forum you're in?

What are you confused about? It's a simple script to automate the process every time you launch MakeMKV, and then automatically sync it to the correct time.

That is a 'simple' Windows script posted in the MacOS corner of the forum.

No.

Normally there is a beta key available that unlocks full functionality. It expires every couple of months and the program's author often waits a few days before a new key is posted to encourage folks to buy a permanent key.

A little more than a week ago there was a problem with the system for purchasing a permanent key. It unfortunately coincided with the expiration of the most recent beta key. Since then, we've been waiting for the program's author to get things sorted out. At the moment there's no current beta key nor a way to purchase a permanent key.
