I have a two disc Blu-Ray pack of Stripes & Groundhog Day. Neither will rip successfully, it took a couple of weeks to set-up a BluRay player and both generated an error of “Playback aborted due to I/O error”. The odd thing is that the error locations are different between viewings of the same disk. That is the first time I played, the movies indicated an error at ~45 minutes, restarting the movie at 40 minutes and the movie plays past the 45 minute market without a hiccup. Another error occurs later.
I’m going to scratch my head for awhile.
Can't decrypt "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban"?

Try cleaning the discs with a bit of soap. Fixes these kind of errors for me in 50% of the time.
