I have been into settings and told GateKeeper to "Open it anyway".
I get the MakeMKV icon in the dock but nothing else. If I right click and select "Show all windows" I get "No available windows"
Any ideas?

Going back to 1.18.2 and then MacOS on to 26.4.1 makes no difference

I have it working but don't really understand. Reading around, I realised that I never got asked for the admin password after clicking "Open anyway". Tried a couple of other ripper trials and got the same, icon in the dock but no windows.
Decided to try logging on as admin. Did that clicked Open anyway and was asked for admin password and MakeMKV opened properly.
Back to my logon and MakeMKV now opens. Very odd but back in and very relieved.
Have deleted the other trials as really didn't want anything else and I've a paid MakeMKV licence. Have been using this since forever it seems and now have over 900 DVDs on my Plex server hence why I paid for it, only seemed right
