Something is wrong with your workflow. Makemkv doesn't create ISOs.
The most recent version of MakeMKV now has support for making a decrypted backup of a DVD. It produces a file with a .iso extension. Making a backup of a blu-ray or UHD produces a folder with the BDMV, CERTIFICATE, and MAKEMKV folders as it has always done.
I didn't know that... Haven't worked with DVDs in years. So is ISO an option or can it also do folders?

As far as I know the only option is the .iso for DVDs. I don't have a DVD handy at the moment to try it out.

Hy! That’s a great news because I’ve been tryied and there’s no output format options! With dvds the output file is .iso. But if I open the iso, inside I have the two audio/video TS folders!I can open the iso and and copy the two dvd folders.
