Please be gentle to me as I am new to this. I have downloaded version 2.3 of Vortex box and installed on a pc with external USB Blu Ray Drive.

I have tried ripping several discs but it keeps on failing due to AACS.

After a bit of digging I have come accross a section on getting the latest keydb_bd file and unpack it into your AACS keys directory.

The instructions are for Windows but how do I do this on Vortexbox ? Where is the directory and how can I transfer the files to it?

MakeMKV will take care of its own keys if you are keeping it up-to-date. What Vortexbox does is not under the control of Mike or anyone else, for that matter.
