Is there a bugzilla-like thing for RFEs?

After paying for the program, is there a route for request for enhancements?
How much would it cost for a specific enhancement that I'd like to see?

Just the forum. The developer checks it once a week or so and replies when he needs more info.

Users can basically suggest features here. Admins will assess if it's really necessary. Make it a point that it will benefit a lot of users so you would increase the chances for it getting considered.
