Stream with Mediatomb

Hello all,
I try with my DB MKVS mediatomb to stream, but unfortunately does not work.
MakeMKV offers the possibility to stream. Has anyone ever tried MKVS to stream over MakeMKV with mediatomb?
I am grateful for any help.
