do i have to buy another code? the one i've got isnt working on my new PC. Has anyone else run into this?

Enter the code you previously received. One code works for all computers you own.

I tried this. it says "invalid" and the "okay"button is grayed out

turns out i mixed up "1" and "l" in the code. I apologise for wasting forum resources and user time, thanks

Yes, letters and numbers can screw things up. And let's not go into the copy/paste from certain mail programs into other programs inserting <cr> or <lf> (or both) when you don't use the correct paste command (I remember when you didn't have to use the <shift> key to say "yes, just what I copied!") to the computer.
