makemkvcon not ripping alternate angles for DVD

Trying to rip Doctor Who - Dalek Invasion of Earth Region 2 DVD. On this, there are a few episodes that have updated special effects included as alternate angles.
I have backed up the disc to an ISO file, and am using this to rip from.
I load it up with the GUI, and I see all titles there, but the alternate angles are not preselected. Ultimately, I can select them, and can proceed to rip them as separate files with the alternate sequences inserted.
However, when using the CLI, I used:, and it only ripped the episodes with the original effects.
I am aware I can use the GUI, and everything will be fine, but as part of my backup process, I wish to have the full ISO files so I have the disc archived, but if I lose the MKV files, I can simply run a script that will do everything necessary to rip the ISO file, and rename everything without me having to do it all manually. This is getting in the way of that, and is quite annoying.
