A RPI4-8GB Raspbian OS Bullseye.

I've worked with linux on and off since about 2003-04.

I want to migrate my daily machine to Linux-Mint.

I don't understand what the problem could be. I've been a Linux user for 16 years, and in that time I've connected both internal and external burners, and they've always been recognized. It would seem strange to me that a burner wouldn't work with Linux. Unless you're using a stone-age kernel, there's no problem.
